The Hockley County grand jury convened on Sept. 17 and indicted 10 individuals on 13 various alleged crimes. Indictments include: Jason Torres, 28, two indictments for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon; Kevin Loafman, 48, one indictment for burglary of habitation; Elias Aragones, 30, one indictment for assault impeding breath or circulation; Ian Duvall, 42, one indictment for driving while intoxicated (DWI) 3rd or more; Saul Salas, 53, one indictment for possession of controlled substance (PCS); Walter Dominguez, 58, one indictment for theft $2,500<$30,000; Cassie Holcomb, 45, possession of controlled substance (PCS); Angel Hernandez, 30, three indictments for possession of control substance (PCS, burglary of building, and fraudulent use or possession of identifying information; Gabriel Muniz, 39, one indictment for evading arrest with motor vehicle; and Ricky Hall, 55, one indictment for driving while intoxicated (DWI) 3rd or more.
