Levelland ISD will be holding a public forum for parents and community members on the reconfiguring the elementary schools on Dec. 8. The meeting will be held at 6:30 p.m. at the central office board room.
LISD will be returning the 5th grade to the elementary campuses in the fall of 2026 after thoughtful discussion and input from our stakeholders” and to create new opportunities for its students.
The meeting will offer the opportunity to share more about what the transition could look like and get feedback and perspectives.
Following the meeting, administrative teams and staff at Levelland Middle School, South Elementary, Capitol Elementary, and 1st grade at ABC will be available to explain the initial plans, ideas and insight to make the transition.
