The LISD maintenance and grounds crew loaded and delivered Bill’s BackPacks food boxes directly to the homes of LISD students who could not get them picked up. This holiday season, Bill’s BackPacks packed 7,800 pounds of food, providing essential support to students facing food insecurity during the long break thanks to fundraisers and donors, to those who help pack the boxes, to the crews who deliver them with care.
