The Hockley County grand jury indicted two individuals on Jan. 8.
Niaco Perez-Copes, 22, was indicted for theft, more than $2,500 and less than $30,000.
Billy Gonzalez, 68, was indicted for aggravated assault against a public servant, injury to a child, elderly or disable individual with bodily injury, possession of a controlled substance and prohibited substance in a correctional or civil commitment facility.
