The Levelland City County will be holding its regular meeting on March 23 at 6 p.m. to be held at city hall.
The council is expected to take action for the Levelland Community Development Corporation and Levelland Economic Development Corporation FY 2024/2025 audits.
The council is also expected to take on Ordinance 113 zoning change request from a Single Family 2 to Multi-Family 2 District on a second reading.
Additionally, the council is expected to consider and take action on Ordinance 1114 approving a tariff to authorize a tariff authorizing an annual rate review mechanism.
Other agenda items include considering action on a payment request from MH Civil Constructors, Inc. for the amount of $1,064,387 for the new 1.8 MGD Wastewater Treatment Plant as well as possibly acting on the proposed microsurfacing street maintenance project contract with Slurry Seal to be authorized by the city manager.
The city manager is expected to provide a report on staff and projects updates, staff and citizen recognitions and other items of community interest.
