The Hockley County Commissioner’s court has a special meeting set for March 23 at 9 a.m. at the courthouse.
Commissioners are expected to hear a presentation by Freese and Nichols concerning possible funding through the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) for the Hockley County Drainage Master Plan.
Discussion and potential action is expected concerning the TAC Risk Management Pool Property renewal.
Commissioners are also expected to take action to accept the letter of resignation from Edith Kinney, constable for Pct. 4 to become effective on June 30.
Additionally ,discussion and potential action is expected regarding the approval of applications for use of courthouse law for Levelland Ministerial Alliance on May 7, St. Michael Catholic Church for Good Friday on April 3, and the City of Levelland City Council for Levelland Listens on April 7.
