Funeral services for Ronald “Ronnie” Odell Valentine, 79, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 7 in the Krestridge Funeral Home Chapel.
Interment followed in the Sundown Cemetery, under the direction of Krestridge Funeral Home of Levelland.
Visitation was held from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Tuesday, December 6, at Krestridge Funeral Home.
He passed away November 30, 2022.
Ronnie was born to Ollie Odell and Mamie Nell Valentine November 11, 1943.
He attended school in Ropesville.
In 1961, Ronnie married his high school sweetheart, Beverly, who passed away in 2001.
Together, they had three children: Gene, Don and Terri Kaye (who passed away in 2018).
He married Peggy in 2002. She preceded him in death in 2014.
Ronnie was also preceded in death by his parents; and a brother Gary.
He is survived by sons, Gene (Lori) and Don (Angie); siblings: Charlotte (the late Bill), John (Brenda) and Joe (Ramah); and eight grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests charitable donations to Samaritan’s Purse.
