Funeral services for Antonia (Toni) Alicia Nerios, 79, of Levelland formally of Seagraves, passed from this life on October 31, 2023, in Garland, Tx.
Officiating will be Fr. Jose De Dios Gonzales. Music will be by Johnny Vasquez. Funeral services will be held November 4, at 10 a.m. at St. Paul’s Catholic Church of Seagraves. Reflection of life visitation and viewing was held November 2, from 5 p.m. until 9 p.m. and November 3, from 9 a.m. until 9 p.m. at Head Duarte Chapel of Levelland. A rosary was held Friday November 3, at 7 p.m. at Head Duarte Chapel of Levelland. Interment will be held at the City of Seagraves Cemetery. Pallbearers are Armando Casas, Armando Casas Jr., Mrk Nerios, Richard Hernandez, Ricky Hernandez, John Warren.
Antonia Alicia Nerios was born to Jesus and Ofelia Nerios on January 17, 1944, in George West. Antonia (Toni) graduated from Lubbock in her younger years. She moved to Lubbock from Levelland in 2016. She worked for Texas Instruments in Lubbock for more than 25 years and Wal-Mart Super Center in Levelland for more than 16 years.
Her hobbies were reading, word search, puzzles, solitaire, watching the news and enjoyed spending time with all her family.
She was a second mother to all her nephews and nieces. Toni will be greatly missed by her family and friends. She was proceeded in death by her parents: brother: Jesus Nerios Jr. and Frank Nerios. Survivor sisters: Lucia Charo of Mesquite, Juanita Hernandez and Josie Nerios both of Seagraves, Maria Johnson of Lubbock, Emma Lytle and Rose Casas both of Garland, Connie White of Lovinton and a host of nieces and nephews.
