Paula W. Putman passed from this life on February 7 in Lubbock. Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, February 14, at 1 p.m. at Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel in Levelland. Officiating will be by Pastor Dean Daniel. Interment will be at City of Levelland Cemetery.
Visitations and Reflections of Life will be held on Tuesday February 13, from 9 a.m until 9p.m. and family will receive friends from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. at Head Duarte Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers are Guilde Costilla, Tony Guerra, Bryan Putman, Gregory Ramirez, Eric Wyatt, Clifford Hudson.
Paula was born to Frank Wyatt and Jonnye Foster February 11, 1956 in Amarillo.
Paula attended college in her younger years. She married Fred Costilla on March 17, 2001 in Lubbock and they shared three children from this union .
Paula worked at a tax office as a clerk and as an administrator at Lakeside Nursing Home in Lubbock for several years. Her hobbies were gardening, cooking, crafts, watching soap operas, and enjoyed spending quality time with all of her family during special occasions and she loved all her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Wyatt, step father, Thomas December. Survivors include her mother, Jonnye F. December of Lubbock, her husband of 22 years, Fred Costilla of Levelland, sons Allen (Vickie) Putman of Wolfforth and Bryan (Ashli) Putman of Amarillo Daughter Kaleigh (Jason) Sanchez of Ft. Worth, TX Grandchildren: four Brother: Dennis (Mary) Wyatt of Woodrow, Tx.
