Cotton and Crude Fest is Levelland’s premier music festival, celebrating the town’s rich heritage and love for music.

The event brings together top-tier musicians and local artists, making it a must-attend for anyone passionate about live performances. This year’s lineup is full of amazing artists, featuring headliners like The Wilder Blue and Bri Bagwell, along with talented faculty and students from South Plains College.

Set in the heart of downtown Levelland, this festival promises an evening full of entertaining performances, local talent, and community spirit. Mark your calendars for September 7th and get ready to enjoy a night under the stars.

Festival goers may bring your lawn chairs for a comfortable evening. Gates open at 5:30 p.m and music will begin at 6 p.m. Also, if concert-goers want to enjoy a drink, they can purchase a $20 pass to bring a cooler, just remember—no glass bottles.

Kicking off the evening is South Plains College’s Country Jukebox, a group featuring both student and faculty performers. This opening act is sure to set the stage on fire with their energetic and heartfelt performances. They offer a blend of traditional and contemporary country music that will get the crowd moving.

Preforming will be Hadlie Jo, Riley Solberg, Maddie Rose, Mya Sanchez, Gage Bunting all on vocals and acoustic guitar. Asher Wall will play the electric guitar, Jerry Serrano on bass and no other than Dolf Guardiola on drums.

Gracing the stage next, Bri Bagwell, is a force to be reckoned with in the Texas music scene. With multiple Female Vocalist of the Year awards and the title of Texas Female Artist of the Decade, her accolades speak for themselves. Her latest album, “Corazón y Cabeza,” features three No. 1 singles—”Trenches,” “Free Man,” and “Hello Highway.” Bri has also shared the stage with legends like Willie Nelson, Miranda Lambert, and Kacey Musgraves.

Headliner, The Wilder Blue, is not just another country band; they bring a unique twist to the genre with their rock-influenced style and five-part harmonies. Coming off touring with Luke Combs the band consists of frontman Zane Williams, guitarist Paul Eason, drummer Lyndon Hughes, bassist Sean Rodriguez, and multi-instrumentalist Andy Rogers. Known for their albums “Super Natural,” “The Wilder Blue,” and “Hill Country,” they have hit songs like “Dixie Darlin’” and “Wave Dancer” that are sure to be crowd favorites.
