ROOKIE OFTHEYEARAWARD - The City of Levelland held its 55th annual Employee Appreciation Banquet Thursday at the Mallet Event Center and Arena. During the awards portion of the event, Diana Romo presented the Rookie of the Year Award which was presented to Sam Gomez.
