Joe Randall Osborn, 67 of Levelland, passed away from this life on December 18, 2024. Funeral services were held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, December 21, 2024 at Head Duarte Funeral Home. Interment followed in the City of Levelland Cemetery.
Joe was born September 13, 1957 in Tyler, TX to Samuel and Lessie Brown Osborn. He moved to Levelland in 1984 and worked as a machinist for several years. Joe married his best friend and the love of his life, Catherine Davenport Salazar, on December 9, 2022. His hobbies were fishing, going dancing and going out to eat. He enjoyed watching ‘westerns’ listening to Rock & Roll music and R & B. He collected knick-knacks and vintage items. He also collected old washer &dryers so that he could take the motors out and fix them. Joe was a friend to everyone and never met a stranger.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents Samuel and Lessie Brown Osborn, two brothers Allen Osborn and Ronnie Osborn, stepson Seattle Domingo Salazar and stepdaughter Tabitha Franklin.
He is survived by his spouse Catherine Salazar of Levelland, sons Jose Osborn of Tyler, and Abraham Osborn of Florida, daughters Jazmyn Osborn and Desenia Mendoza both of Levelland, stepdaughters Brandy Salazar of Lubbock, Chrystene Isom of Chesapeake, Virginia, Candy Isom of Baltimore Maryland, sister Marilyn Osborn of Tyler, 21 grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
