The Levelland ISD Board of Trustees will be holding a regular meeting Wednesday, Feb. 12, beginning at 6 p.m. in the Administration Building Boardroom.
The following items are set for the meeting: Presentations; Invocation/Pledge of Allegiance; Call to Order; Public Forum; Public Hearing - TAPR; Consent Items - approval of minutes and approval of superintendent credit card charges; Consider Financial Report; Budget Planning Calendar 2025-2026' Budget Parameters 20252026; Consider Student Chromebook Purchase; Consider TASB Policy Update 124; Reports from LABC, Capitol, South, Athletic Department; Student Fundraising Report; Academic Report - HB3 Board Goals Update; Superintendent Report and Board Report;
Personnel - superintendent approved professional new hires, personnel information and Teacher Turnover Rate Comparison by District; Executive Session - If, during the course of the meeting the Board of Trustees should determine that a closed or executive meeting or session is required, then such closed or executive meeting as authorized by the Texas Open Meetings Act, Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et seq., will be held by the School Board in such closed or executive meeting concerning any and all purposes permitted by the Act, including, but not limited to the following sections and purposes: Texas Government Code Section: 551.071, 551.072, 551.073, 551.074, 551.075, 551.076, 551.082,551.083,551.084,551.0821, 551.087; Personnel and Superintendent Formative Evaluation; Open Session; and Adjourn.
