Graveside services for Santa Cruz Reyna, Sr., 80, of Whiteface, were held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 30, at City of Whiteface Cemetery, with Pastor Rojelio Reyna officiating, under the direction of Head Duarte Funeral of Levelland.
He passed away November 29, 2022, in Whiteface.
Santa was born May 3,, 1942, to Adrian and Natividad Rodriguez Reyna, in Atascosa County, Texas.
He was as a farmer for many years and worked driving heavy equipment in Hale County.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two daughters, Eva Margarita Reyna and Rita Reyna; three sons: Fidel Reyna, Marcos Reyna and Richard Reyna; and two sisters, Dominga Alfaro and Ernestina Martinez.
He is survived by his daughters: Isabel Vargas of Whiteface, Adelita Valenzuela of Idalou and Juanita Salazar, Madelina Reyna and Maria Cardenas, all three of Levelland, Anita Reyna of Lubbock and Amanda Reyna of Victoria, Texas; sons: Rojelio Reyna of Whitharral, Jose Reyna of Woodrow, Abel Reyna of Lubbock, Carnelio (Linda) Reyna of Ropesville and Santa Cruz, Jr. (Neecy) Reyna of Levelland; step-brother, Tomas Perez; half-brothers, Adrian Reyna Jr., Israel Reyna and Raul Reyna; sister, Pat Vasquez of San Antonio; step-sister, Josie Rendon; and more than 200 grandchildren and great-SANTA grandchildren.
