JAMES AGNEW
James Agnew, 70 of Levelland passed from this life on March 17.
Graveside service will be held on Friday March 22, at 1 p.m. at City of Sundown Cemetery in Sundown. Interment will follow at the City of Sundown Cemetery in Sundown. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 21, from 6p.m. until 8 p.m. at Head Duarte Funeral Home in Levelland.
James was born to Albert and Joy Snow Agnew on January 8 , 1954 in Levelland. He attended Levelland High School in his younger years and continued his education receiving an HVAC certification degree from South Plains College. He owned and operated Agnew Plumbing from 1977 to 2006 in Levelland.
His hobbies were playing the guitar and studying music, Choreography, fishing, and listening to a variety of music. His favorite band was Steppenwolf. James loved animals He loved his children and grandsons. He is preceded in death by his parents: Albert and Joy Snow Agnew He is survived by his daughter Layla Agnew of Enid, Oklahoma;son Mark Agnew of Levelland; sister: Judy (Mickey) Anderson of Lubbock,; brother: John (Misty) Agnew of Levelland and grandsons Landon Hurst and Braydon Hurst.
