A private family service will be held with close family and friends.
Officiating services will be Deacon Frankie Ruiz and music by Johnny Vasquez.
Interment will be in Chih, Mexico. Pallbearers will be family members. Funeral services are under the direction of Head Duarte Funeral Home and Staff in Levelland.
Jose passed from this life on March 17, 2023 in Lubbock,Tx. He was born on July 17, 1954 in Chih, Mexico to parents, Antonio and Inocenta Castillo Perez.
Jose Dolores Perez Castillo, was a wonderful son, brother, husband, father, and grandfather. He married Lilia Para on July 25, 1981 in Huetamo, Chih. Mexico and they had three children from this union. He owned and operate Royalty Trucking Company and was a professional Truck Driver for over 40 years. His hobbies was going to the movies, walking in La Playa, going to Whataburger to eat hamburgers, vacationing in Texas, a very happy person and wonderful with everyone he would meet joking and laughing and he enjoyed life to the fullest. His passion in life was spending quality time with his family. He is preceded in death by his parents; Antonio and Inocenta Castillo Perez. Jose is survived by his spouse of 41 years; Lilia Parra of Chih, Mexico, daughter; Nubia Ochoa of Levelland, sons; Jose M. Perez Para and Omar E. Perez Parra both of Cuauhtemoc, Chih, Mexico, brothers; Manuel Perez of Cuauhtemoc, Chih. Mexico and Antonia Castillo of Zacatecos, Chih.Mexico, grandchildren; Jose Yael Perez, Renato Perez, Leonardo Ochoa, Michelle Ochoa, Dafne Perez, and Liam Perez.
