Church services for Robert “Bob” Howard Hawkins, 73, of Morton, Texas are scheduled for 11:00AM, Thursday, March 13, 2025 at Morton Methodist Church with David J. Murrah, PhD of Rockport, Texas officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Park in Lubbock, Texas. Bob died Tuesday, March 4, 2025 in Morton.
He was born March 8, 1951 in Levelland, Texas to Jesse Scott and Armie Love (Toombs) Hawkins. Bob loved many people and the city of Morton.
He was an avid Dallas Cowboys football fan. Bob dedicated his time and service to Morton High School football, running the chains during their games.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Bob is survived by his two sisters, Suzy Stockert of Beaumont, Texas and Linda Griffith of Fort Worth, Texas: his brother, Tommy Hawkins and his wife, LaVelle of Lubbock, Texas; ans numerous nieces and nephews.
