Funeral Services for Victoria Gonzales, 70, of Levelland will be held on Friday February 17, 2023 at 10 a.m. at St. Michael’s Catholic Church.
Internment will be in the City of Levelland Cemetery.
The funeral services will under the direction of Head Duarte Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are; Joseph Gonzales, Isaac Sosa, Dillon Gonzales, Jeremy Gonzales, Dominic Gonzales and Christian Gonzales.
Honorary Pallbearers are; Zachary Gonzales, Don Rodriguez, David Rodriguez and Ryan Gomez.
Visitation and Reflections of Life will be held Wednesday February 15, from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. and Thursday February 16, 9:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. at Funeral Home Chapel in Levelland.
Rosary will be held on Thursday evening at 7 p.m. in the Chapel.
Victoria passed from this life on February 12, 2023 in Lubbock,Tx.
She was born on December 23, 1952 in Levelland, to Hipolito and Dominga Solasuela Lopez.
Victoria Lopez Gonzales, was a wonderful daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and aunt. She attended Levelland high school during her younger years. She married Nicolas Gonzales Sr. , on March 12, 1969 in Levelland and they had five children from this union.
Victoria, enjoyed watching her Novellas on television, taking care of her plants, to go shopping, cooking for all her family, going to church and a lifelong participated as a Guadalupana and member of The Cursillo movement group at St. Michael’s Catholic Church for several years. She shall be greatly missed by her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hipolito and Dominga Solasuela Lopez, her husband Nicolas Gonzales Sr. brothers Jesse Lopez, Hipolito Lopez Jr.and Roberto Lopez, sisters, Julia Granado, Nelly Marquez, Janie Lopez.
Victoria is survived by four sons; Rudy Gonzales and Richard Gonzles both of Levelland and Adam Gonzales and Nicholas Gonzales Jr. both of Lubbock; daughter, Eva Gonzales of Lubbock, fifteen grandchildren; Joseph Gonzales, Isaac Ray Sosa, Dominic Rudy Gonzales, Anna Maria Gonzales, Dillon Mathew Gonzales, Jeremy Alexander Gonzales, Christian Donavon Gonzales, Kami Lanette Gonzales, McKinzie Gonzales, Alexis Marie Gonzales, Zachary Roman Gonzales, David Rodriguez Jr., Don Rodriguez, fifteen greatgrandchildren, three sisters; Alicia Penalbert and Anita Ysasaga both of Levelland, and Micaela Cirillo of Hobbs, New Mexico and brother, Juan Lopez of Alamogordo, N.M.
