Levelland Lobos fall to Lake View Chiefs in Overtime

The Levelland Lobos took on the San Angelo Lake View Chiefs this past Friday night for district play where the Lobos lost in overtime 61-53.In the first quarter of the game, Levelland was outscored by the Chiefs 13-9 in a close battle, then were outscored 14-12 in the second quarter.
POWERLIFTING - LHS Powerlifting Coach Mike Brogden sends out congratulations to the LHS Powerlifting Teams. They competed at Brownfield on Saturday and the Lobos brought home a 5th place, where the Loboettes brought home second place. First-place medal winners were Zaden Carrillo, Alex Salinas, Allison Monge, Emmina Collins, and Naylea Saucedo. Salem Bailey brought home a second-place medal.

Antelopes lose to Morton on buzzer-beater

The Whiteface Antelopes hosted the Morton Indians in district play last Tuesday night where they lost in a close buzzerbeater 43-42.The start of the game had the Indians taking the four-point lead with the score sitting at 12-8, going into the second quarter.

The Levelland Lobos took on the Snyder Tigers this past Friday night on the road where they won 47-40.The first quarter started off very slow as both teams were having a hard time finding the bottom of the net in the first four minutes of the game.

Loboettes complete sweep against Lady Tigers

The Levelland Loboettes traveled to Snyder to take on the Lady Tigers in district play where the Loboettes won 67-36.The first quarter of the game had Levelland taking small sixpoint lead in a high scoring quarter as the score sat at 18-12 going into the second quarter.
