Indians fall to Post, 14-10

The Morton Indians played host to the Post Antelopes for a district baseball matchup this past Tuesday night, resulting in the Indians falling 14-10 across seven innings.Post led 2-0 after three innings, and the two teams would both score three runs in the next two frames.

Roughnecks win six straight to make postseason

On Senior Night, the Sundown Roughnecks hosted the Seagraves Eagles for a district baseball doubleheader this past Tuesday, resulting in the Roughnecks sweeping the series and clinching a playoff spot.In their first matchup, the Roughnecks beat the Eagles 14-7 across seven innings.

Lady Panthers, Lady Dawgs battle at Area

The Whitharral Lady Panthers and Anton Lady Dawgs track & field programs competed at the Girls 1A District 5 & 6 Area Championships in Dawson this past Thursday. In every event, the top four finishers advanced to the Regional Championships, which the Lady Panthers and Lady Dawgs capitalized on.
