LISD schools will hold backto- school nights in the next few weeks to help students get ready for the upcoming school year.
Levelland ABC will hold their open house on Monday, Aug. 11. Students with last name initials AK will be at 5:30 p.m., last names L-S will be at 6 p.m., and last names T-Z will be at 6:30 p.m.
Capitol Elementary will have their back-to-school night on Monday, Aug. 18 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. South Elementary’s back to school night will be on Aug. 18 as well. Second grade will be at 5:30 p.m., third grade will be at 6 p.m., and fourth grade will be at 6:30 p.m.
Levelland Middle School’s back to school will be broken up into two days. Open house for sixth, seventh, and eighth grade students will be on Tuesday, Aug. 12 from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Fifth grade open house will be held on Thursday, Aug. 14 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Levelland High School will also be having Chromebook pickup on various days depending on the grade level of the student.
Senior Chromebook pickup will start on Monday, Aug. 11 from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and continue on Tuesday, Aug. 12 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Chromebook pickup for juniors will be on Wednesday, Aug. 13 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sophomore pickup will be on Thursday, Aug. 14 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., and freshmen will be able to pick up their Chromebooks on Friday, Aug. 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
