The City of Levelland reported $727,266 in building permits for the month of February.
The city awarded a total of 19 permits for the month and 31 for 2023.
One permit was issued for a dwelling, six for businesses, three for certificate of occupancy’s and nine categorized as other.
There have been no structures demolished this year or sewer connections.
No water connections have been made this month, but there has been one this year.
A certificate of occupancy was issued to 806 & CO at 608 Ave. H for $25.
A commercial building permit was issued to Fostering Life Youth Ranch at 1313 Washington for $1,200.
A commercial roofing permit was issued to Andrus Brothers Roofing at 1905 Ave. I for the amount of $70,000.
A residential roofing permit was issued to Cantex Roofing & Construction at 116 Gary Ave., for the amount of $22,491.
A certificate of occupancy was issued to Lupita’s TOGO at 211 Clubview for the amount of $25.
A certificate of occupancy was issued to Studio K Home Decor & Vintage at 806 Austin Street for the amount of $25.
A residential roofing permit was issued to David Garcia Roofing at 304 Ave. C for the amount of $7,500.
A building remodel permit was issued to Victory Homes at 107 Beech Circle for the amount of $60,000.

A fencing permit was issued to Amazing Space Storage at 308 N Sherman Avenue for $20,000.
