4/26/2024 - ANTON Deputies were advised by dispatch of a juvenile runaway from the 100 block of E. Ellwood in Anton.
4/24/2024 - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Deputies were advised by dispatch to meet with the complainant of a phone call at the intersection on Highway 114 and Dover Road in reference to a theft that had already occurred.
4/23/2024 - LEVELLAND
Deputies information that an individual with multiple felony warrants had been dropped off at the city park and might be located in the 200 block of Avenue T . Deputies were given permission to search the residence and located the wanted subject. An additional arrest was made as a result.
4/23/2024 - LEVELLAND
Dispatch advised the HCSO of a domestic and fleeing subject in a vehicle that was on W. Highway 114. A report for evading arrest or detention with a motor vehicle was made.
4/23/2024 - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Deputies were dispatched to the area of Florida and N. Barton road in reference to a suspicious vehicle. The caller reported the occupants in the vehicle appeared to be stealing property from a tank battery. While deputies responded to the area, the caller reported that the occupants got back into their vehicle and were fleeing the area. While the complainant followed behind the suspect vehicle, he was able to provided updated locations to responding officers through dispatch. The suspect vehicle stopped at a residence in the 3200 block of N. FM 2130 after it became disabled due to a flat tire. DPS and the HCSO arrived to the vehicle location and contacted the occupants of the suspect vehicle, a male and female subject. During the investigation, a DPS K-9 unit was deployed and was alerted to narcotics in the vehicle, prompting a probable cause search of the vehicle. The search of the vehicle, yielded methamphetamine and a glass pipe. Both the male and female subject were arrested for possession of controlled substance.

A deputy responded to the Levelland Middle School around 9 a.m. in reference to an incident that had already occurred. A report was filed for debit or credit card abuse.
4/21/2024 - HOCKLEY COUNTY
A deputy conducted a traffic stop on a red Ford Fiesta whom failed to maintain their lane and have a defective tail lamp. A report for Possession of a Controlled Substance Penalty Group One 1-B less than one gram was made as well as an arrest.
4/20/2024 - SUNDOWN
At roughly 6:40 p.m., deputies were dispatched to the 700 block of Slaughter Street to conduct a warrant service. An arrest was made as a result of the service.

At roughly 5 a.m., deputies were dispatched to the 300 block of W. Seventh Street in Sundown in reference to criminal trespass.
4/20/2024 - LEVELLAND
Deputies responded to the 1300 block of 8th Street to assist Levelland PD with a reported disturbance. PD officers made an arrest for offenses.
4/19/2024 - LEVELLAND
HCSO personnel observed a vehicle stuck on Avenue H at S. Highway 114. The pickup was hauling a trailer and unable to cross the railroad tracks. The driver of the truck caused damage to the highway while clearing the intersection. A report was forwarded to TxDOT.
4/18/2024 - HOCKLEY COUNTY
Deputies responded to the 6400 block of Colorado Road in reference to a juvenile that was in possession of a THC vape. Upon arrival, deputies recovered said evidence and one female juvenile was taken into custody for processing.
4/16/2024 - LEVELLAND
Deputies responded to the 1300 block of Ave H in Levelland to speak with a complaint that requested to speak with deputies in regards to a hit and run that occurred on U.S. Highway 114.
4/12/2024 - LEVELLAND
Deputies conducted a traffic stop for an observed violation. A vehicle search was conducted and a passenger was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.
4/11/2024 - ANTON Deputies with the HCSO were dispatched to the 200 block of Main Street in Anton in reference to criminal mischief.
4/11/2024 - LEVELLAND
A deputy took a report of a possible hit and run incident that had occurred near the intersection of N. Veretto Road and Robert Lee Road.
4/8/2024-HOCKLEYCOUNTY
Deputies were dispatched to Leon Road and Highway 114 in regard to a vehicle stopped at the intersection. The driving was unresponsive and a report for Driving While Intoxicated was made.

Deputies were notified by dispatch that Hockley County Jail Staff were requesting to speak with the deputies regarding a protective order.

Deputies were dispatched to the 500 block of Lawrence in Anton in regard to a dog bite incident.
4/3/2024-HOCKLEYCOUNTY
While patrolling in the 3500 block of FM 303, deputies were waved down by an individual in reference to a burglary that had already occurred which resulted in a report being taken.
