Keep Levelland Beautiful (KLB) invites residents to take part in a Community-Wide Garage Sale on Saturday, August 2, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This event encourages neighbors to declutter, recycle goods, and come together for a day of community connection and reuse.
Individuals and families interested in hosting a garage sale and having their location promoted on local Community-Wide Garage Sale Facebook pages can sign up through a short online form. Visit the Levelland Chamber of Commerce Facebook page or www.levelland.com to access the form. A running list of participating garage sales will be published on Facebook and the city website to help shoppers plan their day. Important Reminders: - Garage sale signs are not allowed on utility poles or in public right-of-ways.
-The Chamber will promote the event across all social media platforms, area garage sale pages, and in the Thrifty Nickel.
-You are also encouraged to advertise your individual sale by contacting the Levelland NewsPress or KLVT Radio.
