SPC honors Reese, Plainview vocational nursing graduates with pinning cermony

LUBBOCK&PLAINVIEW– Vocational nursing graduates at South Plains College’s Reese Center and Plainview Center participated in summer pinning ceremonies, marking the completion of vocational nurse training and the graduates’ eligibility to take the National Council Licensure Examination to become licensed vocational nurses.

Graduates participated in the ceremony at 3 p.m. on Aug. 7 at the Fair Theatre in Plainview include Oliba Ramirez, Maritsa Ramos, Angelica Zapata, Daniel Perez, Monica Plata, Criceyra Martinez and Jaylynn Urrutia of Plainview; Marissa Kaye Ramirez and Kimberly Espinosa of Hale Center; Anahi Ascencio and Desiree Mathis of Lockney; Marissa Noelle Diaz and Justine Martinez of Olton; and Ana Karen Ruiz of Hart.

Graduates participated in the ceremony at 10 a.m. on Aug. 8 at the Reese Center for Clinical Excellence in Lubbock include Mercedes Garcia, Atiana Harvest, Megan Hennig, Bryce Humphrey, Monica Neeley, Kaqliyah Ragsdale, Acadia Runnels, Nicole Stone, Destinee Vindiola and Kamen Johnson of Lubbock; Ciera Cook of Pampa; Bryanna Garcia of Plains; Abigail Gbor of Monrovia, Liberia; and Kendra Jackson of Roswell, New Mexico.
