The Levelland Chamber of Commerce is excited to open enrollment for the next Leadership Levelland Class.
This nine-month program is designed to build leadership skills, connect participants with community and business leaders and provide behind the scenes access to industries and organizations that shape the community.
Leadership Levelland is a dynamic leadership development program designed for individuals who live or work in Levelland and are members of the Levelland Chamber of Commerce.
The goal is to motivate participants to take an active role in the growth and development of Levelland while equipping employers with informed, skilled leaders who can positively impact the community, region and state.
Through professional development sessions, tours and hands-on learning, participants will gain the tools and relationships needed to make a lasting impact in Levelland.
The program will run from September 2025 through May 2026.

Starting Tuesday, September 30, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., there will be a welcome and orientation luncheon kickoff at Studebakers Event Center, 520 Avenue H.
Friday, October 3, from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m., anAnnual Chamber Volunteer Recognition Lunch will be held at South Plains College in the Sundown Room. Event ticket is included in tuition.
Tuesday, October 14, from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m., a session called Getting to Know You with speaker Matt Rush will be talking about team building and personality traits at Spirit Ranch in Lubbock. Transportation will be provided, everyone will ride together and there will be mandatory attendance.
Tuesday, October 28, from 7 a.m. - 4 p.m., there will be a community tour in agriculture. More details to the agenda will be coming soon.
November will have no class or tour due to three activities in October.
Thursday, December 4, from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., speaker Lisa Blake will be talking about authentic leadership with a community tour about county, city government, economic development and law enforcement at City Hall, 1709 Avenue H.
Thursday, January 8, 2026 from 8 a.m.. - 5 p.m., the Regional Poverty Simulation in conjunction with Leadership Amarillo and Leadership Canyon will travel to Amarillo. All will travel on a bus together.
Tuesday, January 13, 2026 from 8:30 s.m. - 5 p.m., speaker Randy Anderson will talk about the Life Plan, the Essential Elements for Living a Life of Excellence and a community tour on education at the Levelland Administration Board Room, 704 11th Street.
Tuesday, February 10, 2026 from 8:30 s.m. - 5 p.m., speaker Randy Anderson will be talking about the 25-Hour Day, Time Management and Organizational Skills with a community tour in medical at the Covenant Hospital, Atrium Room, 2900 S. College Avenue.
Tuesday, March 10, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., speaker Leanne Lagassee will be talking about executive presence and a community tour in oilfield and energy at the Levelland Fire Department meeting room, 603 5th Street.
Tuesday, April 14, 2026 from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m., speaker Kerri Thompson will be talking about Burn Bright, Not Out with a community tour in manufacturing at the Best Western meeting room, 204 N College Avenue.
Tuesday, May 5, 2026 from 6:30 p.m. - 8 p.m., a graduation celebration will be held with speaker Matt Rush. Each call member can have a plus one that attends complimentary. Additional tickets will be $15 per person.
To graduate all participants must attend orientation, full day sessions and mandatory team building retreat at Spirit Ranch. Only one absence is allowed and full participation in each session is required for credit.
Tuition is $1,075 and includes all transportation, classroom materials, speaker fees, meals, an official Leadership Levelland shirt, and other program supplies.
All applications are due September 2.
