Loboette softball continues dominant start

The Levelland Loboettes are on fire this year as they started off the season with a 11-0-1 record.The team is led by first-year Head Coach Adrian Holland who came from Estacado this past season.This year he has the Loboettes looking great and taking a #6 spot in the 4A rankings of state.

Morton Indians end their season against New Home

The Morton Indians had a great run for their basketball season but was unable to get past #4 New Home Leopards in the Regional Semi-Finals Round of playoffs where they fell 79-55, at Levelland High School.

Ropes Eagles get playoff revenge against Abernathy

The Ropes Eagles are the last team in the area still standing as they faced-off against Abernathy in a rematch from earlier this year in a tournament where they lost.This time around though the Eagles won at the SPC Texan Dome 65-54, to move onto the Regional Finals of playoffs.

Morton Indians take area championship

The Morton Indians took on the Roscoe Plowboys this past Thursday night at Lamesa High School for their area round matchup where the Indians won, 58-50.The first quarter of the game had Morton winning the quarter as they were able to outscore Roscoe 15-13, taking a two-point lead early in the game.

Whitharral Panthers fall in overtime to Lorenzo

Whiteface Antelopes are Bi-District Champs

The Whiteface Antelopes took on the Fort Hancock Mustangs this past Tuesday night for the team’s Bi-District Round where the Antelopes won 64-24 in a blowout.The first quarter, the Antelopes were in complete control as they outscored the Mustangs 17-5, heading into the second quarter of the game.

Morton Indians are Bi-District Champs

The Morton Indians took on the Iraan Braves for their Bi-District Round of playoffs where the Indians won 85-48, in an offensive shootout.The start of the game was all Morton as they were able to outscore Iraan 20-6, taking a 14point lead early.

Whiteface Lady Lopes season ends in Lamesa

The Christoval Lady Cougars downed the Whiteface Lady Lopes 27-26 in the Area Round of the UIL Class 2A Division 2 High School Girls’ Basketball Playoffs last Thursday in Lamesa.
