TDLR warns against skimmers

As summer travel continues, people should be aware of card skimmers. The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) gives information about how to stay financially safe on the road.

Sundown Oil Patch Day set for Aug. 8

The Sundown Chamber will be hosting the annual Sundown Oil Patch Day on Aug. 8 at Sunset Park, complete with fun, food and local vendors.Events will kick off with a parade at 9:30 a.m. with lineup at 9 a.m. followed by volleyball, cornhole and ragball tournaments.
