The man who pled guilty to a decades-old cold case murder in Ector County will spend the next 20 years behind bars.Billy Wayne Ludwigson, 62, was arrested by the Texas Rangers after years of investigation.

9/20/24 - DISPATCHED 7:05 P.M. - CLEARED 7:12 P.M. LEVELLAND The Levelland Fire Department was requested by Levelland EMS for lift assistance for a patient in the 1400 block of 9th Street. Upon arrival, EMS personnel had the patient loaded on a stretcher.
