The Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) has launched a modernized and updated website (www.tdlr.texas.gov) designed to make it easier and faster for users to locate the information they need.

Private Pesticide Applicators Training

The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service will offer the required private Pesticide Applicators Training (PAT) in Levelland on March 14. This training is required by the Texas Department of Agriculture before taking the exam to obtain the license.

Levelland City Council discusses water meters

During the February 19 regular meeting, the Levelland City Council approved a Project Development Agreement (PDA) with Ameresco for the Investment Grade Audit, per the terms in the PDA, on the city’s water meters and authorize the city manager to execute the necessary documents.

Misty D. Taylor is seeking the Hockley County Tax Assessor-Collector position in the 2024 March Primary Election. A Hockley County resident since 2015, is an active member of the Levelland Noon Lions Club, as well as in her children and grandchildren’s activities.
