SPC to honor Randy S. Wilson with 2025 Pacesetter Award

South Plains College and the SPC Foundation will recognize Odessa native Randy S. Wilson as the 2025 Pacesetter honoree at the 27th annual Scholarship Gala.Wilson will receive the award at the event at 5:30 p.m. on Feb. 21 at the Mallet Event Center in Levelland.

The six-member Charter Review Committee has made its city charter amendment recommendations to the Levelland City Council.The City Council started the process of ordering a City Charter Amendment Election with the first reading of Ordinance No. 1088 on January 20.
