Mar. 210:26 a.m. - Fire Department B-14 and T-9 dispatched to the 100 block of Quail Road for possible grass fire. Upon arrival, crew noticed burned grass on north side of highway with no flames. B014 put water on burned grass. Bystander told T-9 crew there was a possible fire to eat.
