1993 NATIONAL CHAMPIONS - Levelland's own Terri White was inducted into the Texas Tech Ring of Honor this past weekend as a part of the 1993 Lady Raiders National Championship team. White served as a Graduate Assistant Coach on the team. Terri White, District Testing Coordinator/Teacher Incentive Allotment Lead for Levelland ISD and Levelland alumni, was inducted into the Texas Tech Ring of Honor this past Sunday as a part of the 1993 Lady Raiders National Championship team.

Lady Panthers beat Spurettes, 48-44

The Whitharral Lady Panthers basketball team hosted the Spur Spurettes this past Tuesday night, beating them 48-44.The win moves the Lady Panthers to 3-1 this season and marks their second straight.

The Smyer Lady Cats basketball team played host to the Bovina Fillies this past Tuesday, beating them 51-41.Leading the Lady Cats to the win was sophomore Ellie Nelson, who was their leading scorer with 24 points on the night.
