Senior Menus

Monday- Ham and beans, spinach, seasoned corn, orange pineapple cup, country apple crisp, cornbread and margarine.

Tuesday- Chicken fajitas, refried beans, white rice, tossed vegetable salad, lo cal french dressing, ambrosia and flour tortilla.

Wednesday- Valentines Day Meal Chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes, country gravy, stewed okra, seasoned corn and pumpkin square.

Thursday- BBQ chicken breast filet, backed potato w/sour cream, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges w/ whipped topping, whole wheat roll and margarine.

Friday- Salmon patties, scalloped potatoes, green peas, tossed vegetable salad lo cal french dressing, sliced whole wheat bread and peach-apple crisp.

All Meals are served with low Fat Milk, Tea, Coffee

COCHRAN MENU

Monday- Chicken Rice casserole, black eyed peas, carrots, fruit cocktail and wheat roll.

Tuesday- Polish sausage, pinto beans, coleslaw, peaches and cornbread.

Wednesday- Beef stew, turnip greens, black forest parfait and cornbread.

Thursday-charbroiled beef patty with peppers and onions, garlic mashed potatoes, beets, Mandarin oranges and wheat roll.

Friday- Chicken noodle casserole, english peas, chuck wagon corn, applesauce and wheat roll.
