The Level Up, Levelland: Refresh Your Business Strategy will include a lunchand- learn workshop from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The free program is designed to help local business owners step back, reset priorities and build a simple plan for the year ahead.
Topics include clarifying priorities, setting goals that get done, identifying top growth opportunities and constraints, and tools for building accountability into a weekly rhythm.
