The regular meeting of the Sundown city council is scheduled for May 12 at Sundown City Hall at 5:30 p.m.
The council is expected to hear public works updates from the library, police and fire departments.
Action items include a final public hearing on the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program.
The council is expected to appoint a municipal clerk and judge.
Additionally, the council is expected to consider a request for a lot purchase by Roland Rodriguez and a request for voluntary park funds to cover concrete work.
The council is also expected to consider an Interlocal Agreement for Street Maintenance and Fire Service.
The city administrator is expected to report on current city projects’ swearing in mayor and council members, pool and street sweeper.
