It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles Kevin Arthur, lovingly known to everyone as Kevin, a beloved husband, father, Paw Paw, son, brother, uncle, and friend. Kevin was a funny, kind, caring, and loving man who had a strong personality and a strong will. He could be stubborn and tough at times, but those who truly knew him knew that he had a heart of gold. He was a good person who loved deeply and cared greatly for the people in his life. Kevin was a hardworking man who always did what he could to provide for and take care of his family. He believed in working hard and instilled those values in his children. His family meant everything to him, and he made sure they knew they were loved. As a father, Kevin could be strict, but it was only because he cared so deeply about his children and wanted the very best for them. He taught Gabriella and Kaleb right from wrong, pushed them to be better, and loved them unconditionally. His love and guidance will forever remain with them. He was the loving husband of Blanca Arthur and the proud father of Gabriella Arthur and Kaleb Arthur. He was also a proud Paw Paw to his beloved grandson, Elias Angel Arthur. He absolutely loved being a grandpa and loved Elias unconditionally. The bond they shared was incredibly special and will forever be cherished. Kevin is also survived by his loving parents, Jerry and Linda Arthur, and his siblings, Mickie Arthur and Justin Arthur. He is also survived by his father-inlaw, Anselmo Hernandez; his sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, Cynthia and Rafa Hernandez, Jennifer Hernandez and Jesus Barron and his brother-inlaw, Lamar Rainwater. He is also survived by his sonin- law, Luis Castellanos. Kevin was a loving uncle to his nieces Roxanne, Raquel, Abigail, Eliani, and Eyariz, and his nephews Skyler, Trevor, Uriel, Carlos, Yahir, Zavier, Ezequiel, Zander and Braylen. He will be deeply missed by all of them and the many other family members and friends who were blessed to know and love him.

Kevin will always be remembered for his sense of humor, his strength, his strong will, his heart of gold and his incredible work ethic. Most importantly, he will be remembered for the unconditional love he had for his family. Although his family is heartbroken by this loss, they will carry his love, his lessons, and his memory with them forever. Kevin Arthur was deeply loved and will be deeply missed. Forever loved. Forever missed. Never forgotten.
