Noel Davila of Levelland went home to be with Our Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday, September 7, 2025. A funeral services was held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 11, 2025 at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Levelland. Interment followed in the City of Levelland Cemetery. Noel was born in Lubbock on December 15, 1976 to Reynaldo and Ofelia Orosco Davila.
He graduated from Levelland High School in 1995. He worked in the oil field as a driller, roustabout and he was also an experienced farm hand. His hobbies included fixing cars, barbecuing for friends and family, riding his motorcycle, washing and detailing cars, going to the Dollar Store to browse around and most importantly playing with his grandchildren. His favorite color was red, and his favorite football team was the Texas Tech Red Raiders. He loved watching Westerns with Clint Eastwood and John Wayne. His favorite tv show was Bonanza. He was a great dad, loving and caring father, grandfather, brother and uncle. Noel was a lifelong member of St. Michael’s Catholic Church.
He is preceded in death by his parents Reynaldo and Ofelia Orosco Davila and brother Danny Davila.
He is survived by his daughters Destini Davila (Elazar Guitron) and Mikayla Davila (Bryce Golightly) both of Levelland, son Austin Davila (Anneliese Fraire) of Levelland, six grandchildren Londynn Guitron, Kaia Davila, Ryland Golightly, Kameron Golightly, Jaxon Golightly and Esiah Salinas, sisters Reynalda Rothrock, Letty (Bruno III.) Zapata, and Chrissy Davila all three of Levelland, brother Felix (Mary-lou) Davila of Levelland and a host of nephews and nieces.
