Rosemary Polando Elizondo 65, years old of Whitharral, passed away Sunday July 7, 2024, at Medical Center Hospital in Odessa.
Rose Polando Elizondo was born September 29, 1958, in Levelland, to Pearl Concepcion Castillo Polando (mother) and Pete Ross Polando Sr.(father).
She graduated from Whitharral High School in 1978. She was a cosmetologist/day care provider.
Rosemary Polando Elizondo is preceded in death by Parents Pearl Concepcion Castilla Polando, Pete Ross Polando Sr. brother Pete Ross Polando Jr, sister Gloria Polando Chacon, and twin brother Daniel Ray Polando.
Rosemary Polando Elizondo is survived by son Eric Ross Elizondo and wife Erica Lara Elizondo.
Rosemary also leaves to cherish her memory her grandchildren Emerie Eliah Elizondo and Eric Ross Elizondo Jr, and nieces, nephews and lots of friends in Whiharral.
Visitation and viewing for Rosemary was held on Tuesday July 16, 2024, from 1 p.m.-9 p.m. at Martinez Funeral Home chapel.
A viewing for Rosemary was held at 9 a.m. Wednesday July 17, 2024, at Whitharral Cemetery with the graveside service set for 10 a.m. with Father Dylan Crawley officiating.
We, the Elizondo Family, would like to thank the staff of Deering’s Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center for taking wonderful care of Rosemary Polando Elizondo during the time she was there. Also, we would like to thank the family and friends who pay their respects to her and the family during this difficult time.
