MONDAY- Charbroiled beef patty (tomato/pickles/onion & lettuce), herbed potato fries, wheat bun and berry cobbler.

TUESDAY- Chicken ALA King, long grain white rice, California vegetable blend, spinach mushroom salad, wheat roll and chocolate chip cookie.

WEDNESDAY- BBQ brisket, hash brown, turnip greens, cornbread and fluffy pineapple pie.

THURSDAY- Baked fish, scandia/lemon, red potatoes (skin on), coleslaw w/apple, cornbread and peach short cake.

FRIDAY- Crispy chicken breast on bun (tomato & lettuce, fat free mayonnaise), potato wedges, carrot & raisin salad and fruit cocktail. All meals served w/low fat milk, tea, coffee

 Monday- Baked chicken dumplings, peas, tossed salad w/ dressing. Whole wheat roll w/ margarine and winter fruit cup.

Tuesday- Beef taco bake, Spanish rice, cauliflower, tossed salad w/dressing and country apple crisp.

Wednesday- Chicken fried steak w/brown gravy, scalloped potatoes, green peas, tossed vegetable salas, lo. Cal Italina dressing and fruit cocktail.

Thursday- Salisbury steak, dices potatoes (skin on) English peas, wheat roll and fruit salad in juice.

Friday- Shaves turkey sandwich (tomato, lettuce & pickle), broccoli raisin salad, macaroni salad and pineapple tidbits. All meals served w/low fat milk, tea, coffee
