Monday: Beef soft taco, Spanish rice, broccoli, seasoned corn, mandarin oranges with whipped topping and milk.
Tuesday: Vegetable beef stew, tossed vegetable salad with dressing, orange pineapple cup, diet pumpkin custard and milk.
Wednesday: Creamy mushroom steak, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, emerald pears, wheat roll and milk.
Thursday: Swedish meatball with parsley noodles, mixed vegetables, angel food cake with strawberries and whipped topping and milk or tea.
Friday: Shaved turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomato and pickle, broccoli raisin salad, macaroni salad, pineapple tidbits and milk.
COCHRAN MENU
Monday: Polish sausage with red cabbage and sweet and sour sauce, German potato salad, Black Forest parfait and wheat roll.
Tuesday: King Ranch casserole with vegetables and corn tortillas, pinto beans, sugar cookie and pineapple ring.
Wednesday: Smotheredsteak, mashed potatoes, mixed greens, peach short cake and wheat roll.
Thursday: BBQ chicken breast, smothered potatoes, carrot and raisin salad, sliced apples and wheat roll.
Friday: Pollock wedge with lemon, coleslaw with raisins, lemon cookie and cornbread. *All meals are served with a choice of coffee, tea or milk.
