The Sundown City Council will be holding a regular meeting Tuesday, December 10, beginning at 5:30 p.m. in the council chambers at City Hall.
Agenda items slated for the meeting include: Call to Order; Invocation; Citizen appearances; Department updates; Approval of the Nov. 19 regular meeting minutes;
Consider bank account for grant funds, Sundown State Bank; Resolution No. 183, authorizing the collection of a credit card transaction fee to the residents who choose to use credit or debit cards for their payments rather than allocating these costs to all taxpayers; Action of lease of city property, Action of 403 E Gould property; Review payables for the month of November; City Administrator to report to Council on current city projects: seal coat program and Carter Addition zoning ordinance single family district; and Adjourn.
