  • VOLUNTEERING WITH A SMILE - The Hockley County Salvation Army Unit will begin ringing bells at the iconic red kettles Monday, December 2 thoughThursday, December 5 and Monday, December 9 and December 12 at both United Supermarket and Wal-Mart in Levelland. Volunteer opportunities are available each day from 4-7 p.m. with one-hour segments. A kettle will be set up at the Salvation Army Family Store located at 502 Avenue H, Levelland. Over 90% of the funds collected in the local red kettles stay in the commun
