Texas Lottery records $8.39 billon for 2024

The Texas Lottery achieved $8.39 billion in sales for fiscal year (FY) 2024, marking the second-best year in the agency’s history. This strong performance led to the Texas Lottery generating $2.007 billion for the State of Texas to support public education and veterans’ services.

SPC track closed unitl December 5

The South Plains College Texan Track on the Levelland campus will be closed for renovation until Dec. 5.The SPC Board of Regents approved the track resurfacing during its regular meeting in August. The cost of this renovation, which will also add a gray coloring to the exchange zones, is $890,132.
