The Hockley County Election Office is off and running for the planning of the 2024 Election Season.
Election personnel remind voters over 65 and voters with a disability who would like to vote by mail in 2024 will need to request and a complete a new Ballot By Mail application. The application is available online at https://www.co.hockley.tx.us/ page/hockley.ElectionsHome.
Individuals may complete the application online, however, they must print, sign and mail the original in to the office. Community members may also contact the office at (806)-8941105 to request an application be mailed.
Voters completing the application are reminded that this is a Primary year, thus voters will vote by party in March, so please make the selection of party on the application or the elections office are not able to send a ballot for the March election.

The elections office must receive the Application for a Ballot By Mail for the March 5th election by February 23 at 5 p.m.
