The South Plains Antique Tractor Association will be hosting its 20th annual Antique Tractor Show Friday, October 14 and Saturday, October 15.
The show will be at the Fibermax Center for Discovery, with approximately 60 to 70 antique tractors and engines displayed. Doors will open at 9 a.m. each morning; admission is free, although donations are greatly appreciated.
Between 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. each day, there will be tractor games, balance bean, barrel roll, egg race and candy drop games.
There will be food trucks, homemade ice cream and live demonstrations performed by a blacksmith. Raffle tickets are available for purchase for $5 each or five for $20.
At 3 p.m. Saturday, two toy pedal tractors will be raffled off with two chances to win; ticket holders need not be present to win. The event is family oriented, children and adults of all ages are welcome and encouraged to come learn about farm-life from years past.
The Fibermax Center for Discovery Museum is located at 1121 Canyon Lake Drive, Lubbock.
The museum will also be open free to all attendees.
