The City of Levelland City Council will be holding a regular meeting Monday. October 16, at 6 p.m. at City Hall.

Staff update on the progress of the investigation into the Red Flour Beetles in the Kaufman Addition.
Consider and take necessary action to approve Resolution 2023-34 requesting membership in the Lubbock Metropolitan Planning Organization.
Consider and take necessary action on an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation for the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Routine Airport Maintenance Program.
Consider and take necessary action on the event application for the 2023 Ladies Night Out Event.
Consider and take necessary action on Resolution No. 2023-32 approving an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation regarding the closing of two blocks of state highway for the 2023 Ladies Night Out Event.
Consider and take necessary action on Resolution No. 2023-33 approving an agreement with the Texas Department of Transportation regarding the closing of two blocks of state highway for the 2023 Festival of Lights, Christmas on the Square.
Authorize staff to initiate competitive procurement process for police vehicles.
Convene into executive session in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code §551.071 to seek advice about pending or contemplated litigation, settlement offers or on matters in which duty of the attorney under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas conflicts with Tex. Gov’t Code Ch. 551. (Red Flour Beetles).
