The City of Smyer is holding a special meeting August 30, at 6 p.m. At the Smyer Senior Citizens Center. The meeting will be a budget workshop with the agenda
including: - Public comment for nonagenda items; - Conduct budget work session for the upcoming fiscal year that begins; October 1, 2022 September 30, 2023 - Discuss the propossed utility rate and proposed tax rate.
Additionally, a regular meeting is scheduled for September 13 for a public hearing and the adoption of the budget and setting the tax rate.
