The Commissioners’ Court of Hockley County will meet at 9:00 a.m. Monday in the Commissioners’ Courtroom. Items on the agenda include are: - Approve minutes for the special meeting held Jan. 30.
- Consider all monthly bills and claims submitted to the Court through Feb. 6 for approval.
- Hear the monthly public assistance report.
- Consider and take necessary action to approve the 2023 federal poverty limit for public assistance applications.
- Consider and take necessary action to approve the 2023 public assistance income guidelines.
- Consider and take necessary action to approve hosting a blood drive.
- Review the Jan. 2023 fire runs submitted by the City of Levelland.
- Consider and take necessary action to approve GovOS Property Alert Add-on to cloud search for use in the Hockley County Clerk’s office.
- Consider and take necessary action to approve the certification of completion awarded to Hockley County Clerk, Jennifer Palermo.
- Consider and take necessary action to approve Ad Valorem tax refunds. - Consider and take necessary action to approve three road crossings for Windstream Communications LLC, Sagebrush Road, Samson Post Road and Sagebrush Road. These will be located in Precinct two.
