Disposition of County Court Cases
State vs Jacob Caballero, judgement and sentence for possession of marijuana less than two ounces, committed on or about June 12, 2020. The defendant was sentenced to a $350 fine and one day confinement in the Hockley County Jail.
State vs Jose Angel Contreras, order granting misdemeanor community supervision for the offense of driving while intoxicated with a BAC greater than or equal to .15, committed on or about March 8, 2020. The defendant was sentenced to a $500 fine and placed under one year of community supervision.
State vs Ethan Arnold Carrillo, motion to dismiss the court case for the offense of possession of marijuana less than two ounces because the defendant was convicted in another case.
